Isomalt is chemically Mixture of 6-O-α-D-glucopyranosyl-D-glucitol (6-O-α-D-glucopyranosyl-D-sorbitol; 1,6-GPS) and 1-O-α-D-glucopyranosyl-D-mannitol (1,1-GPM). (as per EP & USP).
