Perindopril EP Impurity E is chemically (2S,3aS,7aS)-1-[(2S)-2-[[(1S)-1-[(1-methylethoxy)carbonyl]butyl]amino]propanoyl]octahydro-1H-indole-2-carboxylic acid (as per EP) ; (2S,3aS,7aS)-1-{(S)-2-[(S)-1-Isopropoxy-1-oxopentan-2-ylamino]propanoyl}octahydro-1H-indole-2-carboxylic acid, tert-butylamine (as per USP).
