Buprenorphine N-Oxide is chemically (3R,4R,4aS,6R,7R,7aR,12bS)-3-(Cyclopropylmethyl)-9-hydroxy-6-((S)-2-hydroxy-3,3-dimethylbutan-2-yl)-7-methoxy-1,2,3,4,5,6,7,7a-octahydro-4a,7-ethano-4,12-methanobenzofuro[3,2-e]isoquinoline 3-oxide. Buprenorphine N-Oxide is supplied with detailed characterization data compliant with regulatory guideline.
